Every warehouse activity is recorded against the client who owns the inventory. Billing contract rates are configured in the system. At billing cycle, Pyrops generates an invoice from actual captured activity data - no manual compilation, no missed billable lines, no disputes about what was done.

Yes. Each client has its own workflow configuration - putaway rules, pick methods, packing standards, label formats, and QC requirements - all operating independently within the same warehouse. A configuration change for one client has no effect on any other.

Pyrops manages multi-site 3PL from one platform. Each site is independently configured; billing is consolidated per client across sites; inventory is visible across all sites in one dashboard. No separate WMS instance per site is required.

A new client can typically be configured and operational within a few days for standard operations. Complex clients with custom workflows or large SKU masters may take 1–2 weeks to configure fully. Existing client operations are not affected during any new client onboarding process.
